Nah, that shouldn't be an issue for that sort a time. Longer than that it might be an issue, but this curse kinda slows down the body some? So it takes a lot longer for icky stuff like that to be an issue.

And cancelling it out- I'd imagine you'd need to be the one to do that? There's no other method that another may use to force an awakening of some sort?
Oh, yeah. You'd be out like a light until the curse wears off or I cancel it. It could theoretically be broken by someone who's good at cursebreaking, but that's pretty rare. And I haven't met anyone that can break one of my curses yet!
